on the way home tonight I passed an unknown supercar - it's reg was either 12MA or 12AM RAC check shows 12MA belongs to a beemer 320 12AM belongs to a 1996 Aston Marton Virage Volante The vehicle details for 12 AM are: Date of Liability 01 08 2009 Date of First Registration 05 08 1996 Year of Manufacture 1996 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 5340CC CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type Petrol Export Marker Not Applicable Vehicle Status Licence Not Due Vehicle Colour MAROON Vehicle Type Approval null this car was neither of the above (although it was maroon) it looked more like this only flatter and squarer anyone know if they are such things as kit cars using aston martin components and chassis? or was all a dream

Current vehicle collection: 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible - in mid-life crisis yellow No new retro as yet ... all attempts to sneak one onto the drive have failed.

The Aston Martin Bulldog is a similar shape - www.astonmartins.com/v8/bulldog.htmbut I've never heard of a kit version of it - and the Virage shape would not be an easy one to modify.

I was under the inpression that the bulldog was a concept car and nothing more, I didn't think they'd actually producted and delivered an example of two. Either that or someone has chopped up a Virage to build the car they always wanted...

yes very rare - thats why i didnt know what it was had a photo hunt around the wibblywobblyweb and found only a few, and none of the actual car i saw most are of the concept www.iceposter.com/thumbs/A11858_b.jpg[/img]V8 5341 cc according to this site mcarsweb.com/astonmartin/bulldog.htmwiki says, there was one, a concept, but, the car i saw, (which I'm 99.8% sure was a bulldog), was right hand drive, had a black or dark grey interior not as paul tanner's original: tan interior and LHD

You've never seen IT. I think there's only one (might be two). That's one hell of a spot, and I envy you!
