After posting a thread in the general board on whether or not I should buy it, I decided to take a gamble and go for it. Story is, spotted it on a drive looking very sorry for itself, covered in moss, 4 flat tyres - turns out it has been stood for 4-5yrs......but now £500 later and its mine..... Its a '91 Toyota Celica GT4 turbo import so its a widebody version, 127km on the clock so that about 70k in miles? and was imported in '98. Extra's include, full stainless exhaust & a nice Momo steering wheel that looks to be a factory extra as its stamped with toyota.... Known issues, Needs a new radiator, some rot on the p/side door but very minimal Both the sides of the car could do with being blown in as its weathered really badly after being stood for so long 4x new tyres as all the sidewalls are cracked Brakes all round to be overhauled, hoping the calipers/discs will all free off/clean up ok Drain the fuel out thats in it!! really don't fancy trying to start it with potentially 5yr old fuel..... Now some pics,

Whole car with 6 cans? Well done! Took me 10 for a Mk1 Golf and 2 for Dolly Door!
Looks very menacing, loving it. How long before someone says mad max? Never liked those alloys though. Any steelies fit easy?

Looks awesome, I really like these cars.
Personally I really like the way the roof's still gloss, and thought you'd done it intentionally. haha.
If it was mine I'd leave it standard height and stick some motor sport inspired wheels on there and leave it at that visually. For some reason I really like standard height Celicas, haha, they're rally cars after all. Will look very nice lower though, its just me being weird and liking rally heritage.

Well ghee this isn't a keeper for me to be honest only bought it as a bit of challenge to get it up and running, its to big and it will be a bit thristy on fuel for me to keep using for work for to long, so will be available over the next month or so.....already put it up in the Wanted/Swap section! Must admit it drives lovely for a 18yr old car and pulls strongly just not practical for me to keep, but had loads of satisfaction doing the project though!
