I know where theres one of these, has been sat for years in a capri, i could try and get hold of the guy for ya if you like? Will need a rebuild though!

thanks to all for the replies. really I'm after something that does not need a rebuid as i don't have the time, just something that runs and works ok just to get me going. o/d gearbox is not really a requirement, must be an essex engine.
