I reckon something between Bozowhatsit and 70`s 80`s Kamei type racer kits...... Big "Bovver Boy" Arches screwed on rather than blended and Fat 13" split rims Engines..... al ot of older lairy Motors with modern Injection and ECUs to tame them think BDA on Lucas slide throttle injection, but really controlled by Megasquirt or other ECUs hidden away. (Could easily be done with a Zetec made to look like a BDA) Judging by the amount of Supercharger outlets Ive sold, theres going to be a lot of Blown motors out there soon as well ;D ;D Lots more J-Tin as well

Brown is so 4 years ago. I must have been a trendsetter when I owned the "turdmobile" ('82 Carina, turd brown + rust + red oxide, black wheels w/polished trim rings etc!)

the "looks" described for 2006 kinda sound a bit similar to rat look really all seems to fall into that "flat" paint category.
so i'll say. loads and loads of lights and mirrors + lots of super shiney polished metal as opposed to paint

idea stolen from rattely eddie.

2006 is going to be euro - we've had matt black and primer and other ratty stuff, we're seeing a trend towards shiny paint, smoothing and finishing touches now.
in brown, natch.

I reckon Euro and Rat look will both continue to dominate but there will be veriations on the theme. Its not like its going to dissapear overnight.
Id love to see more Bozowhatsit stuff over here, dosent have to be on J cars either!

I agree, euro styling will continue for a good long while yet, and there will always be the odd rat kicking about.
My personal 2006 look will be old vs. new (if it gets off the ground!). Old car, retro looks vs. modern engine and induction system (ITBs being the target). Daft oldskool body kit and then hints of carbon fibre (if i can afford!)
Failing that, I'm making a berg cup racer!

I'm predicting the 'what if the factory made that...?' look.
And bigstyle military influences.
Chevette HS Saloon towed by an olive drab mkIII Golf Estate with camo netting attached to the roof bars, stencils and black steels...
