I have an M reg Peugeot 306 1.4 with two months tax but the MOT ran out yesterday. I was going to ebay it but thought there was more MOT on it! Headgasket went on it few weeks ago. Bizarrly it still drives fine!! How much do you think I would get for it at the scrappy?

about £60 a tonne, i scraped a escort estate full up with scrap and it weighed in at one and a half tonnes i got £100. i think the 306 is better of on ebay mate.

Got £85 for a rover 600 last week, so you're probably looking at 60/65 ish I reckon.

£65 a ton in Londan as well. if we knew where you lived you might get a better idea as it changes all round the country  |

theres a guy round my way (newcastle), collects and pays £65 minimum for any car.

Its a 306, so I would give Ebay a go first , but make clear it's for spares or repairs, and I wouldn't bother with a reserve either.
Scrap value depends very much on where you are, £50 for a car at the moment in mid Wales.

You'll struggle to get that on ebay for it I'm afraid
My taxed and mot'd 106 (with fuel issue but was running) wouldnt go £100, so no mot could be less I'm afraid :-(
