I have seen rubber "blanks" on the end of vacuum pipes, cant remember what on though. you'll probably have to have a trawl through a scrapyard to find some.
I usually end up just using a short bolt and a bit of pipe, its not the best solution though not to mention a bit untidy.

As above, short length of hose, bolt and two hose clips will do the job, but not very pretty.

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

you can buy a box of blanking caps , or i wouldnt be suprised if vag list something to blank em off

since u have the manifold off why not remove the barbed pipes and tread the holes for a bolt or even better a tapered plug.. much tidyer solution... si

theres a place near me that sells all kinds of stuff, pipe connecters and adapters etc...
You may be able to find blanking plugs.
if you can tell me the size and thread I'll have a look, I need to go there soon for a new turbo oil feed pipe anyway.

I was going to say someone like Componentforce or Moss Plastics. (and if you're really cheeky ask for samples in the 3 sizes you need!) ...or how about these from CBS?

Get 10mm fuel pipe from Halfords, it comes with two 10mm blanking bits.

id personally just get the pipe out, thread it and screw in a bolt with some threadlock on it
