Satin,.. but only if I can get a spare bonnet to do it with  It is suppose to have (matt) black bullet mirrors (mounted where they are at the moment) as well but I couldn't find a suitable source picture. |

Only going on the rims once I've got it low,.. and I'm waiting for Dampertech to get back to me about what they can supply.... then I just need to get the money together to drop it!! (ARGH!) ,..
I need to get the side trim off first (and the rubber off the bumpers). However I don't want to mess up the paint (the trim seems pretty well stuck on!)...

Looking good! The silver is the right colour for a koop too. I reckon those end caps on the bumpers should be removed though - chrome all the way.
Great thing about these cars that there are fellow retro fanatics on the same wavelength in Japan...and so many sites dedicated to those B310. Keep the grill black - the silver one like on Joncedrics old car (the yellow wagon currently on ebay) is too shiny imho.

Yeah Rubber end caps on the bumpers will come off,.. I want to get them done soon,.. also need to do the trim (but I'm soooo worried about breaking the body work!) ,.. I think I'm gonna do what I've done to the little inner lights for sure,.. simple cheap things to do whilst I save up to get the suspension sorted properly (then its on to engine mods) ,.. I learn the hard way with my van not to let a car bankrupt me! |

Seems stuck-on trim can be more safely removed if the adhesive/tape is heated up using a hair drier as you go along - seemed to work for me when de-badging a car some while ago. Though that was a much newer car - I think the main thing is to be paitent and carefull whilst pulling off the trim - theres alot of years 'stickyness' to unstick ;D BTW; I'm sure whatever you do to the lovely Datsun - it will be just spot-on |
