Brother kept his Mk2 Vitesse body standard, with standard 16" alloys but lowered it about 2" and it looks pretty good to me.

Front mounted oil cooler, 8ft tall tailpipes, twin red stripes over the back door...slammed over black steels or maybe black Lotus rims (the 800 is 4x114.3 I think?).

hmm sure htose hubcaps could look a bit more moon with some fiberglass and filler, then you could paint them shiny black or even shinier black somebody should have a go.....

That the 2.7 Honda engine?
Dad had one in his Sterling, but it ain't no rocketship unfortunately, put your foot down and, um.... No-where as quick as the Safrane with it's grand V6.....
So beware!

well it was rapid enough today. into 3rd at 60, went straight to 90. into 4th, 5th pulling well past 120 when traffic came. its not particularly torquey but it goes when revved ;D

Nice not how i remember ours though. Maybe the Sterling was heavier The Safrane rocked. not much potential though (in fact, nil) Filter, chip, 'zorst, Slam it, weller wheels, tint, de badge, et voila!
