Hello all I'm new here!!! ;D just bought myself a kp61 as the heading says. Its a 1.3L 4k, nice bit a poke out of her. i have wanted one for ages now, so I'm very happy wit it... it needs a respray, but wit funds and all that it probly wont happen for a lil while. i have a few plans for it all right... I'm going for the slammed J look.....anywho have a look at some of the pics for the meanwhile

she is grand underneath.... not much rust at all really... just a few spots of surface rust and bubling and ya can see the doors are a different colour... but will all be sorted wit a respray... I'm concentrating on getting it slamed at the moment...

nice mate, seen it on kp61.net. looks cool on the superlites. is it a standard fitted 1.3 4k? ive never seen a mk 3 in uk with anything other than 2k engine. ive got a mk 1 as a daily driver. . screaming out for a better engine. anyway keep us posted :-)

yup yup yup i defo keeping it k powered... hopefully in the long run i will get twin webbers and do some stuff to the engine, but at the moment I'm concentrating on lowering it and get the rust done on it
thats a lovely kp in the vid... woooow
does anyone know where i would be able to locate J style wheels somewhere in the uk.... its a vague discription but I'm looking for 13's deep dished wit a close spoke....

been awhile since i have been on here....... bought a good few parts for the ol KP.. ill just let the pics do the talking back TRD 8 way adjustables front TRDs front TRD springs 50-60mm (not enough) fully adjustable tie-rods at a Trackday in rosegreen Ireland.

This is a really cool car! I don't think we ever got them in Australia and I've never seen an import one either but wow, just looking at the photos makes me want to get in and yank the handbrake! Is this the shortest wheelbase RWD J car ever made?
