i thought i didnt have enough RWD toyotas, so i went and bought this. i spent over a year chasing this car. ive wanted one of these for years and finally got one after missin out on so many before. its a 79/80 model the very first of the KE70 corolla, its 1300 4k, and only 70k on it. heres a few sneak peaks of it. it look alot worse than it is, because it was sanded down a few years ago to get painted, but never did and got put into storage. thats why its a patchy etc, but theres NO rot on it at all, and i got 4 new door skins with it. ive also a brand new set of chrome bumpers for it, and lights etc, its gonna look very well when done, enjoy a few sneak peeks       |

Ooh I like that,nice purchase! With a new paint job and new bumpers and lights and stuff its going to look gorgeous  Are you keeping this one standard? |

thanks, il be keeping it standard-ish, i have ae86 struts for it with koni inserts and lowering springs, than ive a set of 8x13 revolution 4 spokes for it, and theres a 1.5 5k engine going in place of the 1.3 4k unit for a nice little increse in power and torque. it has a blue interior, so I'm on the lookout for a pair fo blue corolla twinca seats, thats about it, just gonna keep it nice and standard but with some nice touches! il keep an update on the progress |

Nice! Silver is a great colour for the KE70's as well!
Our KE's of that vintage all had the twin headlight front end, did you fellas get those?

no we never got twin headlights, i have a set here from japan but i don't like them. i love the early ones on my car tho, i have a set of clear headlamps, for it and got my new chrome bumpers yesterday, so this weekend i need to properly sand in down and see whats what |
