Sorry if this is a daft question, but I've not seen this done. What transmission is used for this engine conversion? F26 vaux box hopefully. Looks totally awesome and I love the idea. Must have one of these one day. i'm using the f20 box but the corsa diesel box has better ratios

Almond Green is my favourite colour for Minis but I got outvoted by everyone else in the house with mine and ended up painting it yellow.
BTW, has that Elf got Imp rims on it?

BTW, has that Elf got Imp rims on it? :Dnow thats old school tuning - no, they are standard mini 12" steels with imp hubcaps. caps are held on with a fitting kit as there's no pips on the mini rims to hld the caps on with unlike the imp ones (imp ones are 1/2" width too??)

Almond green's a lovely colour...should look wicked when it's done. Glad to see you reverted back to a clubby front as I think they ooze coolness. The riley looks lovely BTW.

Wa Wa Weee Wa!
Are you local? Will you take me for a spin? I'd love to know what 170bhp in a mini feels like.

Looking very nice mate and a true beast of a car when done. A mate of mine built one of these and it was absolutely manic on the road, massive amounts of torque steer. He tried some runs at York Raceway but found first and second were totally useless for launching and ended up setting off in third Once rolling though, the power delivery was immense ;D
