The Cambridge-Oxford Owner’s Club’s charity run from The Star pub in Leatherhead to Brighton next Sunday 16th September in aid of Whizz Kids, All classiscs welcome to join the run but any non club cars at the back! or come along & either see us off (leaving pub at approx 11am) or come to meet us in Brighton, we’re gonna end up parked in Preston Park (with handy collection buckets ). approx 50 Farinas organised, so should be quite a sight. Hope to see you there, as it will probably be the largest Farina road-trip ever.

I've been contacted by Alan Storey who's my local Area Rep for the CO-OC, he's in the planning stages of a treasure hunt-type road run in South Worcs/Glos sometime in October. If he gets it off the ground I'll post the details here.
Shame I missed this, I want to do a big roadtrip to get some miles on mine, but was the HRD's last weekend.

What an awesome day that was! 30 cars turned up, plus a couple of non-farinas (my dad and my uncle in their maxis) and it was an absolutly stunning sight! They trundled through my town as i captured it on camcorder and it was all abit much to take in. As said, fence sitter ( ) posted some pics up on the practical classics forum but there are more available on www.bangerphotos.com/BangerPhotosGallery.php?area=0&id=2694 you'll need to register to view them but its easy, and more than worth it!

So that's where they all were then!!! Saw one Westy at the Hot Rod Drags which I managed to snap. We were sat talking about how mine was the only Oxford there when a grey primered one rumbled past!! Try as I might I couldn't find it again for a pic!

Looked like a good day right enough, Farinas galore! ;D Nice turnout. I saw the pics on the PC forum, very nice, pity the thread itself seemed to turn into a mudslinging contest. Had a browse through the 300 odd pics from the bangerphotos link, thanks for that bmcnut Too bad you never managed to get a shot of the primered Oxford Brian.

Its a shame it turned into a mud slinging contest, even though not many people posted on there. I think it could have been because it made a point

Yep its was a great day next year we are thinking of going somewhere different. The idea of the run was to raise money for charity and it looks like we have got about £5 half thousand!!!!
That green VP is at wheels day ever year but never see any where else.
