non paying bidder apart from negging their  into 2010 ebay have been told already - the unpaid auction thing takes a week - so mailed them already what else can i do i have their address and they are local..........   |

also they are a zero - zeroes were told mail first or i cancel - i wasnt watching the auction up to the end
i cant offer it to next bidder as they didnt bid to reserve
