I bought this Viva last year with MOT and Tax and from the outside it looked pretty good but on closer inspection I found rot covered over with glass fibre, paint or underseal. It was a kick in the teeth and I completely lost interest. Anyway next weekend I'm collecting an Anglia so the Viva has to go but it's too good to scrap so is anyone interested in a project? The interior is very good indeed as the car is supposed to have only done about 36,000 miles. Mechanically it seemed ok apart from a rotted exhaust. The rot I've found so far is under the bottom of the windscreen, the bulkhead below the windscreen and the passenger side floor and chassis. I expect the drivers side will be the same and there could well be more rot elsewhere but I've not checked. I put it on SORN at the end of June. Here are a few more pics. s7.photobucket.com/albums/y257/tremor63/HA%20Viva/Feel free to ask any questions you like and it would be nice if I got some money back off it so I'll ask for £200 but am open to offers as it has to go this week.

you would get more money if you break it and put the parts on ebay Yeah! I know, but I haven't the time or the space. I live in a flat and only have the one small garage and no where else to keep it so sadly if no one wants it it'll get weighed in.

^^^^^ LMAO.
These are great little cars. needs to be saved. I found that HAs are pretty tricky to rehome. When I weas in the Viva OC there were loads going free. That was 10 years or more ago though.

ill give you £100 for it as long as it will drive back to northants. Without an MOT or tax of course. It's a nice little thing - my parents had one. That wouldn't be blue Hammerite they've used in the footwells and engine bay would it

Current vehicle collection: 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible - in mid-life crisis yellow No new retro as yet ... all attempts to sneak one onto the drive have failed.
