Well, as there seems to be no "newbie" section I thought I'd introduce myself here (feel free to delete/move).
Been a lurker on here for some time and thought I should do the Honorable thing and sign up.
My names Adam, originally from Bradford-on-Avon now living in Southampton.
Got 3 cars:
1.1999 Mk1 SEAT Arosa. Which I'm building as a Race/show car.
2.1970 VW Beetle. Owned from 17 and in pieces!
3.1987 Porsche 924S. Daily and Half arsed project. As I'm from the Dub scene it'll be going that way. So wide alloys, stretch, drop and destickering. Nothing major just tidying up really.
Will put up pictures of my collection by the end of the week.
Cheers.

Thanks For the welcome guys ;D The Arosa's standard Euro fair, 14s (8s and 9s) dropped, smoothed, stripped and caged. Its getting a 2.0 16v 9a engine out of a passat this year (money/time allowing). The Beetles getting a Scoobie turbo lump. That'll be done when its done! Hence the need for a more practical car. If you can call a 20yr old Porsche practical! Which worringly compared to the other 2 I can...

Hey, welcome! Nice brace of motors you've got there Had to have a chuckle at the fact your Porsche is the most practical of the lot! Quite like the sound of the Arosa too, especially since everything that looks good on a Lupo looks good on them, and the base car is half the price! Done much looking into the scooby lump in the beetle? I know brownvanman/wedgedout/dave or whatever he's calling himself this week, on this very forum, stuck a scooby in his T3 over what seemed like a few evenings. he's probably got some tips and contacts if you need them. enjoy your stay

Hotwire: Holy cr@p wasnt expecting another BOA local! I go back about once amonth for a couple of days to catch up with friends/family. What you running? Your not the guy with the Gulf colours Anglia are you? Nope, although I'll keep an eye out for it now .. I'm running a Datsun Sunny B310 Coupe. Its silver. But its not around in town very much. We have a little South West meet that is gradually gaining more and more attendance, check the events section and maybe co-incide a visit back home with a trip to it Arosa looks nice indeed... is one of those photos from Oxford Edition?

Thanks again!
Hotwire:A few of the pictures are from OE. I'm guessing you were there in your sunny Coupe as I saw one on Retro's stand. also, I'll see if I can tie in the meet to one of my visits.
Glad you like the Arosa guys. She's my keeper had her 8 years now and not worth anything to anyone but me. I do tend to keep my cars (Beetle owned for 11yrs now!).
