We went to Holmfirth this morning for Breakfast at The Carding Shed. A few mates have mentioned it to me in the past so we decided to go today before walking around the town. If you've not been to this place its worth a visit I had full english which was pretty glorious then a wander around the workshop. In April it looks like they do a guided tour of the workshop on Saturdays so I'll be heading back then hopefully in a more retro vehicle.
Heres a few photos. I'm guessing the cars will change in the workshop. Not sure if they own them all.
Good to see a Carlton Bike in there.
Now into the Workshop...
I found looking at this Porsche engine pretty underwhelming haha
And now for a few push bikes. Being a Tandem owner I liked seeing these more vintage examples. We also had a Royal Enfield Tandem when I was a kid (that never got finished) . Looks like the Black one with the drum breaks.
Oh yeah heres a couple of Last Of The Summer Wine related pictures... had to get a brew from Sids Cafe
