The nozzle with the thing sideways slits, not the bent pipe thing?
It does have to be thin enough to pass through the slits, so it needs a good shake/stirring, maybe even thinning.
The trigger is two stage - I think opens the liquid valve, then the air - so you might need to adjust the screw in the handle to allow the trigger to come back far enough.
You do need enough air, both pressure and flow - I don't think I've had much success with the recommended air pressures, I simply use it at just about full pressure from my compressor - 90 psi?
If you've taken it apart to clean, check the arrangement of seals compared to the instruction sheet vert carefully - I lent mine out, he kindly cleaned it - but missed/lost a seal, so it starts up as soon as the air is connected. I will eventually get round to fitting the spare seals that come with it.

I've done this recently with my Discovery. I thinned it down with white spirit. The tin suggested up to 10% but I found it needed a little bit more.

Which dinitrol? Cavity wax I assume? Warmed up it should be very 'thin' so if it's not there's somthing amiss there.
Must admit I've never used a gun like that. Always seemed a waste of money when a 20quid shultz gun does the same thing.

the sealey gun is good mate, it works well, defo worth the money. Phoned Frost today, and they said the 3125 is designed as a high solids, use a shultz gun or the sealey one with out the tube on it. for chassie legs use the ml.
thanks for the help
