This turned up at our local monthly Sunday morning breakfast meet. I couldn't stop laughing. It's been stopped by the cops who also couldn't stop laughing and checked it over and sent him on his way. When he bought the hull the guy was enthusiastically telling him it was watertight. Little did he know.
