I'm pretty sure it's just a generic Astrali aftermarket item. My Dad has an identical one, just with a different sticker in the centre.

Hi, Back in the day Astrali used to make aftermarket steering wheels and Lotus would have bought them for their road cars and had the JPS centre badges made for them. This was a marketing strategy off the back of the F1 tie-up. Astrali would have carried on making and selling them because why wouldn't they? Sorry to rain on your parade but they may or may not Lotus specific as such.

Cheers, aye wasn't sure after doing a bit of digging as I couldn't find one the same anywhere. Only paid £78 delivered though so can't complain.
