Time has come to sell my 200sx, it needs work doing to it and I've lost the enthusiasm for doing it.

So, the main reason for the sale - rust
Crusty N/S rear arch
IMAG1634 by Chris Tee, on Flickr
Similar O/S rear
IMAG1639 by Chris Tee, on Flickr
Not bad N/S front
IMAG1635 by Chris Tee, on Flickr
Rough O/S front

It's not too bad but more than I want to do, and I struggle getting nice results with bodywork welding. I had a go at the drivers side inner arch and TBH it's a mess which is why I'm giving up on it.
As you can see from the pictures the drivers footwell is going too, I repaired the passenger side one a couple of years ago and it's not an easy repair to do because of the structure.
Both rear arches have rust coming through so need attention
I have a good condition passenger side front arch in black as a replacement but it needs a some paintwork touching up - will get pictures
Other bad points:
Engine has developed a misfire at what, it looks to be overboosting and hitting fuel cut, on part throttle it goes fine.
Alarm hassn't worked for a few years, have keyfob and matser keyfob though.
Clutch is possibly on the way out, gears sometimes difficult to select when stationary and release bearing is noisy but always has been.
Stereo doesn't seem to be working either, there's power to the unit but faceplate doesn't do anything.
There's a slight oil leak from the engine, I believe it's from the oil filter sandwich plate installed to fit senders for oil gauges.
Vems AFR gauge works but only showing one value or the Techedge is not sending the right signal for it
Paintwork is ok but has blemishes on roof and bonnet is stone chipped.
I've got a load of spares which I will throw in with the car such as
Original rear suspension arms
Original manifold, elbow and downpipe
Two original alloys with really old tyres
Original injectors
Rocker arm stoppers
Centre console cubby hole
Original spoiler
Original wing mirrors
and various other bits I'll probably uncover whilst digging out the other bits
Adjustable rear arms, Whiteline arb and new Toyo TR1 tyres

I have no idea what this is worth, so comments welcome, it needs a lot of work but does have an MOT until September 2021, so I'm going to say £2500 and see if there's any interest.
I've got room to break it if it doesn't sell but the problem with that is if I've got the engine sitting about I'll be very tempted to make it fit my Manta......
