The NSRA Southern Swap Meet is this coming Sunday, Sunday 8th March 2020.

⚫️PUBLIC ADMISSION – Entry is via GATE B and directed into public parking area.
▪️ Venue postcode CM16 6HR
▪️The public gate will open at 9.30am. You will be filtered into the public parking area, asked to park up and pay on foot at the NSRA kiosk – similar to the admission system at Arena Essex
▪️Disabled parking will be available – please see a marshal on the day and they will direct you.
▪️There will be an informal show ‘n’ shine area for pre-72 rods & customs, plus a specific show area for NSRA under 29's members, again, please follow signs or ask a marshal on the day.
▪️Catering vendors will be available before you enter and once you are in the main enclosure.
Entry prices are:
▪️£5.00 per NSRA member on production of a valid NSRA membership card (fridge magnets are not acceptable)
▪️£10.00 per non-NSRA member
▪️Children 17 and under are free
▪️You will be asked to park up and pay on foot at the NSRA kiosk
▪️Please prepare yourself with the correct cash and relevant NSRA membership card(s) to keep traffic moving (cash only).
⚫️TRADERS ADMISSION – Entry is via GATE B and directed up slip road to trade area
▪️ Venue postcode CM16 6HR
▪️Traders admission is from 7.30am on the morning of event.
▪️If you have not pre-booked, you can still turn up and pay for a trade pitch on the day of the event.
▪️Pay on the day traders will be held back until fast track pre-booked traders have cleared.
▪️Vendors are to refrain from trading before 9.30am as this allows for un-interrupted set up. It is also fairer on buyers and vendors alike.
▪️There is a no vehicle movement policy in the trade area before 1pm on the day of the event. When you are ready to leave, please come and find an NSRA official who will marshal you out of the trade area.
⚠️ As North Weald is an active airfield, there are strict rules on rubbish. Please do not litter. Please use the bins provided or take your rubbish home.
🐶 Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leads at all times.
