I knew minis were popular, but there is at least 1 in nearly every photo

My local opened in 89, full of mk5 Escorts and Sierras, takes me right back to going with my nan and grandad in their Renault 18 estate. The red shed.

I've yet to reach the car parks of my local one but I like the requirements for the counter staff - must be fast and under 30 years old!

That's impressive and rather fascinating... also turns out the current store in the nearest town is the exact same age as me. Never knew that.

That Harrogate pic amuses me, it's barely changed, the frontage still looks the same with the glass side canopies.
One thing that's always stood out to me (because I notice wierd stuff) is just how many branches of Sainsbury's have that style of building (such as rodharris83's picture), one of the York shops (neither of which features on the website that I can find, unless its not been tagged) looks the same architechturally and I'm pretty sure not a single shop in the country has ever had an update on what I call "Sainsburys Floor Tiles", they all look the same!

Looking through this thread with my 8 year old lad and he says "Why are new cars so ugly and boring? These cars are so cool!" Can't honestly remember the last time I was so proud
