	Also if you make one pre-think up a story for why the handle on the drill press has snapped off for when your boss asks why the handle for the drill press has snapped off.

	Yeah. A drill press don't spin fast enough or have the torque to do that properly. They’re being run in a rather large mill.

	Flow form drills. I’ve got them. They work well as long as you have 4000rpm+. Then run a roll tap down the hole. Similar to the stellite drills I use for drilling out broken taps.

	My uncle has a drill that was converted to run faster for exactly this, he's converting it back to standard to sell but if you really want a machine for not much money it's there, with tools. We have this process at work for lambda sensor bosses in exhaust front pipes.
