If that doesn't get it sorted, look at your mating face. The one between the disc and hub. Not sure about old beemers. but that's the culprit on old frauds quite often. An innocuous amount of rust in there is enough to give you a knee tremble at about 50 TBH, I could probably live with a knee tremble at this point. It's more like being trapped inside a fracking shaft!

Checking the MOT history, front discs were an advisory last time around so will address these and will check the faces regardless of tomorrow's outcome with the new ball joints. Cheers lads.

Control arms changed and not so much as a murmur at the legal limit now.
I'm embarrassed actually. There was a lot of play on the offside, to the extent that a spectacularly dramatic failure may have occurred. curse word weather plus lack of time = not wanting to get under the car on the drive and just putting up with problems. That's never a good idea and lesson learned.
