Today we got rid of the rugrats for a couple of hours, so we went to the Bopeep Hillclimb.
Photos aren't great and my car identity knowledge isnt wonderful so if I'm wrong, go easy on me.
First had a look around the pit area, there really is something for everyone here.
56 Chevy
Ginetta?
Little lotus and lenham midget?
D type
In fact you do the identities.... before I make a booboo:D
I really liked this.
Yep, this went up the hill
Anglia pickup!
Now a wander over to the start line....in a min, ive got to play stickle bricks first...

Where is this?
Looks like a good diverse bunch of cars there with mega buck classics like the D Type (if it's the real thing?) mixing with home built customs. The Vauxhall PB Cresta is a my pick of the bunch so far.

The driver of this was really wringing its neck - The driver was wearing a crash helmet, his small son wasn't, obviously a sacrificial passenger.

Gahhhhh... how is it I miss this every damn year? Great pics, thanks. I do love that RX-7, it's like my one's twin, Elford bumper and everything. Only not bent

The Ital is nearly lifting a front wheel. Must be putting it to go too. Does the Anglia pickup belong to someone on here or am I imagining it?

That's the Handlye Rolls-Royce Special. So yes, a Merlin. Specifically, a 1930 Phantom II chassis converted to hold a 27-litre ex-Spitfire engine
