Locking the prop shaft for removal

	Trying to replace the downpipe on my TT but I need to move the prop shaft over a little...best way to stop it spinning? Put it in gear? Any particular one? I have the tools and the access but I've taken a driveshaft out for access so no point jamming on the brakes...

	a low gear will suffice, a higher one will lead to you turning the engine if they are especially tight.
