I bought a shonky old 70s camper, amongst many other problems the pop up roof is broken, can't work out how it is mean to work. Its not actually attached at the moment.  |

I have a 1986 Renault trafic autosleeper, with a pop top I'll nip out and see how it works if it's any help.
Off the top of my head it goes up and forwards at the same time, then the side panels fold up and are held by slide bolts .
I'll take some pictures of the arms or whatever magic makes it work.

thanks i managed to figure it out today  I actually had all the parts, but Someone had fitted the roof back to front, which confused me for an hour or three! Turned the roof round and got it all screwed back on.   |
