I was going to put this piccy up on the Muscle Car thread but so perfect is this car, in my opinion, it is not JUST a Muscle Car. It is way,way more than that. It is bloody perfect!! Post up the cars that, in your eyes, tick every box, the car that really says everything about what YOU want to be driving and looking back at constantly when you park it up. It does not have to be a hulking great V8, perfection comes in many shapes and forms!

There are afew cars in my top 5 (adjustable) that are cars i grew to love the shape of when I went to classic car shows as a kid. They are generaly british cars, I like afew american cars but the interest and awareness of those came later on. When I used to go b#ng#r r#c#ng there were cars that stood out to me for different reasons, but at the same time there were many cars i was familier with on my top 5 that were also worth noting, like Triupmh 2000's with no exhausts. My favourite engine sound EVER. Then I come on this forum and one car pops up again that gets done right. There are plenty of cars out there that get done well, but for me, when a Triumph 2000 sits like this Its a car that ticks all the boxes.

It'll change again in a few minutes, however right now my favourite car builder's take on the classic 32 Ford is absolutely perfect to me.

It'll change again in a few minutes Exactly the problem... there are tooooo many perfect cars out there. I posted a Pantera because it's my all-time Matchbox car crush, but perhaps only thought of that because it featured in the last car meet we went to. And to be brutally honest, I struggled for a long time even from that one set of pics whether to post the De Tomaso ....or this Gaz M24 Volga grey 68 by Nick Liassides, on Flickr

I have three or four perfect all time favourite cars - Porsche 964, Audi ur-quattro, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Mini Cooper S - and they never change. But after a bit of thought, and in the spirit of making this thread a bit more interesting, right now I'll pick these: Alpina B6 2.8 No. 91 - BMW E21 3-Series - photo by Retro-MotoringBMWs are very much me. To these eyes the E21 is a perfect looking car, in that there's not a duff line or angle anywhere on it. Few cars do that for me, the Mk2 Escort (flat front) is another. I adore old Alpinas, so an Alpina E21 pretty much does it for me. Super rare, interesting, lairy handling. yes please. Also: 1960 Jaguar Mk2 1628VC - photo by Retro-MotoringMk2 Jags. Beautiful, I'd never get tired of looking at it. And the noise they make! Lovely colour on that one, although in my head my perfect one has steel wheels.

There's lots of cars I like and there's always *something* I want to change. Few are perfect. The Mitsubishi Minica is one of those rarities that's perfect right out the box for me.
