I am finally in the position to spray the bed/buck/loadbox of the Corsa Utility and have almost finished the prep work ready to primer and bedline it. I'm trying to do a decent job on it but am a bit concerned about the cold temperature of the garage and how the primer and raptor will behave being applied at below the recommended temp. Is it the ambient temperature that's the issue or the product temp which I should be concerned about? The product could be stored in the warm house prior to using but I'm not sure if this will help the situation!

You are right to be concerned in relation to the temperatures & curing ability of 2 pack automotive paint products - now I am unsure on the Raptor has I don't use it but the vast majority of 2 pack products simply will not cure at temperatures below 5c - its the ambient temp that needs to be raised - I use a simple & cheap oil filled radiator in the workshop and leave it on low overnight - most paint products don't like being subject to very low temperatures either

Thanks for the advice Grumpy, looks to be an average of 12deg over the next week so will copy you and get the oil heater on beforehand.The product info sheet states touch dry in an hour when used at 20deg and fully cured between 5&7days. It may be that I get the woodburner going too!
