My friends are hilarious bastards so this is now in my house and taking up space! Never let your mates house sit when the Beaulieu autojumble is on... Free to anyone who wants it, I don't want nor need it but feel bad putting it in the tip. I was thinking of giving it a blow over, getting the lights working and hanging it on the wall but my better half put a stop to that (probably or the best!) Collection from near Emsworth

Know the problem is how to get it up here.
I like it a lot and would be happy to get it on my wall.
Wonder if @johnnybravo gets anywhere close to you.

Made the 220 mile round trip to pick this up - metroman is a great chap and his Metro is mighty fine. (had a lovely day exploring Chichester too - Roman baths were very cool!) It's so neat. Will make some good wall art when I move out, plan is to fix the fibreglass holes, give it a lick of paint and wire up the lights to a switch, or maybe some multicoloured LEDs. Thanks again.

Wow.
I recall cutting that exact front end off a robin many years ago.
Sold it on eBay and it earned me a negative feedback (I was apparently expected to throw a tyre in as well as delivering it)
Amazed to see it still around after all this time.

Any idea of the original reg or any pictures of it? Would be neat to have the proper reg on it when I get around to it.

Hmmm, now I am not so sure. This is the front end I sold, and it had over riders on originally leaving holes which aren't in the one you show above. I just distinctly remember feeling like a butcher for going straight through the aftermarket side repeaters with the angle grinder. Unless I am not alone in taking the line of flight with a grinder in Robin butchery. I'm afraid I do not have the reg as you requested in PM. It was the one in the middle of this picture. A sea of poor plastic pigs. One could feel guilty for destroying any of these fine beasts. Built with love in a bygone era.
