Just thought I'd start a thread about good service...
A while ago I rebuilt the rear calipers of my MX5 with a seal kit from BiggRed. As I'm an idiot what I didn't do was replace the seals on the handbrake adjuster (because I didn't know that's what the small seals were for). Anyway I'm now replacing the hand brake cables and thought it might be a good idea to replace the adjuster screws and seals, but can I find the seals left over from the kit of course not.
Phoned BiggRed yesterday morning and explained the situation, today a package with the missing seals came FOC. Of course to replace them I've got top dismantle the calipers again :-(
Good company to do business with.

I had a problem fitting a repair kit I bought from them to a caliper and they couldn't have been more helpful. I got put through the one of their staff members who actually does the rebuilding who went through a few things over the phone. Turns out someone had previously been in there and fitted an o ring where a cup seal should have been. I've rebuilt a few calipers but was a bit stuck with this and would have probably had to resort to buying a recon caliper to get the car back on the road quickly.

I've only had one dealing with them. I bought a rebuild kit (including pistons) for my Vitesse calipers through their eBay shop. I messaged them explaining that mine had a spacer kit (due to running vented discs) and they included the extra seals F.O.C.
I know they're only a couple of pence items but it saved hassle sorting extra seals.
I must also add that everything did exactly what it should do.

As already said, I had great service too... messed up and ordered the wrong bits, but they accepted them back and credited me without hassle and were very helpful sorting the correct bits for me Would use again, maybe fairly soon depending on the state of the Corsas callipers
