	It was my dear ol' mum's birthday recently, and she asked if me and my little sis wouldn't mind taking a trio to the Haynes motor museum! Happy to oblige! My mum, along with my grandad are there two biggest influences on my car tastes, and despite these days having some terrible modern monstrosities (her words) my mum still has an eye for a good motor. (Peeling her away from the Citroen SM took some time. So anyway, have some photos! I will just start with this one, a proper Jaaag the 420g. Just the stance is awesome. My mum said you have to look mean posing next to it.to quote my sister "you two look like Ronnie and Reggie. Ronnie Barker, but I guess that's close enough."😂 Whacky Races anybody? I always liked the Anthill Mob! More to follow!

	I was there 2 years ago in a blindingly hot August. Like a sauna in there but some amazing machinery and Sparkford is a lovely little village with a nice gastropub!

	Great pics, I remember that cut a way cosworth from the Duckhams ad. It's good that it got preserved after the ad, and not just chopped up and thrown in a skip.

	Thanks for the comments guys. It's a really good day out, my sister enjoyed it too and she isn't really much of a car person. Prob was that me and my mum now want a pre war car! Lol

	Also loved some of the bikes in there. You can see the evolution, and also see what hasn't changed at all! Much want for things like this for example :-)
