OK, my mate has transplanted a Lexus GS300 engine, starts and runs, BUT keeps on tripping the immobiliser and not resetting by leaving the key in situ, as recommended, its now becoming a real PIA, and not resetting after an hour or so, do the keys have batteries or induction lop charged??? Ia there an easy way to bypass the immobiliser, if there is a solution, and you don't want to post it on line, please PM it to me,

Which model of 2JZ is it, VVTI one? I take it he's transplanted the whole loom and ignition barrel? The immobiliser sensor is on the barrel.
The keys contain a little transducer that talk to the car, turning the immobiliser off
