Hi Guys,
I need to part with my E50 Elgrand. I purchased the car on here from and have loved every minute of owning it, even brought my first born home from the hospital. Its driven to Wales, Ireland, Italy so its not scared of the miles. I however got hit from the rear on the way to work in January and the car got written off as a cat C. I bought the car back did the minor work straightening out the rear, put her in for an MOT and it went through with just a small patch needed on the sill. Although about a month ago on my way home from a holiday in Wales the rear nearside wheel bolts failed. I was only going slow up a large hill but it was enough to damage the rear drum brake and half shaft because of this it will need repairing. It does drive as we manged to put three bolts through the hub still but will need to be trailered.
Car is an E50 Elgrand Highway Star, around 120k, Currently MOT'd until March 2019, 3.2 turbo diesel runs perfectly, loads of torque, Lovely half leather cream seats in relatively good condition. All works as it should minus the electric ashtray, even the parking pole works.....WOW, pop up Janapense Satnav and TV in the rear as well, electric sunroof, self latching rear doors, seats move into a picnic area or fold flat into a bed (works great as a camper, especially with electric curtains) super nice comfortable drive. Proper JDM loveliness. Few marks here and there but looks presentable enough.
Looking for £1000 ono but would consider a trade for another car. I have replaced this now but would consider anything, not particularly bothered what just something I can have a bit of fun with.
Any questions please ask.
Can get more picture if required. The below picture has both the sunroofs open, just in case you were wondering what was sticking up.
