I stupidly gave away all my greases and lubricants i had collected over the years.
Now i have another classic i need to start getting these again.
Question is where is the best place to go for these? don't want to use halfords or my local motorfactors as they seem steep on prices.

I tend to bulk-buy my general lube (oo er) - Wurth 2040. Plusgas is also decent, I usually buy online rather than having to go to Boyes in the town centre. eBay is your friend, to be honest.

Toolstation for general purpose grease, for whacking in grease nipples and the like.
For more specialist classic oils I tend to use opie oils, their classic cars and bikes section you can usually find something heavier weight you are looking for, although most of them are still very low zinc, so break in oils for old engines with new cams and the like are harder to source.
Lithium grease and copper grease again, toolstation and screwfit tend to have decent sizes at a good price off the shelf and are in most towns and cities.
The really good dismantlers like plusgas and my new favourite Wurth Rost off Ice seem to be harder to find anywhere other than ebay

Oh! If you have a Trade Parts Specialists near you, they often have offers on the general lubes and greases, along with screenwash and oil. and always ask for discount - shy bairns get nowt!

Halfords with a trade card or ECP with a discount code. I'd rather give the cash to Halfords on trade TBH!
Classic Oils are very good. Not the cheapest but he sells decent stuff for reasonable money. The same goes for Opie Oils.
