The site was essentially a database where you could upload a picture of a car/vehicle you have spotted/own/used to own (Similar to IMCDB > Internet Movie Car DataBase). The site looked to be old, I'd estimate it to have been made in the early 2000's if not the late 1990's. Very simple and functional format. I think it had a brown or olive background? A dark background anyway. There were a good few thousand submissions to the site.
I first stumbled across this site about 6 months ago, browsed it for a half hour or so. It was interesting searching for cars that were registered close to mine and trying to see if I could find my cars on there (no such luck). I have tried searching for this site on google 2 or 3 times since to no avail. I suppose it is possible the site might have gone offline since I was last on it hence why I couldn't find it.
Does anybody know of this site fitting this description or something similar?
