Along the lines of the very popular Feu Orange air freshener thread. One of the accessories that I remember from my youth was the door protectors with the ickle round reflectors in them. Best photo I can find is of this American version ISTR the English ones were a little different - ribbed (?!) perhaps ? Be the perfect thing for protecting the doors on my Oxford Traveller. Anyone know where I can get 4 in grey or black

Thanks - but no, it is the tear drop shaped ones that I have memories of my father adding to his cars - back in the day

I came across a white one of these in a "box o' tat" in the garage the other day...if I find it again i'll dig it out.

Success - eBay has netted me these for a tenner. They've obviously been around for a while were the prices when somebody tried to sell them previously - 25p and 12 1/2p They did well to hang onto them, and wait for me to turn up :-)
