Mk3 Granada Scorpio 24v Cosworth
Metallic Black, 1994 M reg, 226k miles, MOT until March 2018
The Good: Runs and drives well, engine is smooth and quiet with no timing chain rattle or other untoward noises. Gearbox shifts smoothly and all 4 gears engage as they should.
4 new Falken ZE914 205/50/16 tyres less than 200 miles ago
Has tow bar with twin electrics
New front discs and pads around 1500 miles ago
Bodywork and interior clean and tidy, a few parking dings and age related marks as you might expect on a 24 year old car. There is nothing too major, however it is not a 'time warp' mint example. The rear arches have been done in the past and there is some early signs of rust beginning to come back through, but its still very early stages
Usual Scorpio refinements, black leather interior, cruise control, electric seats, windows, sunroof etc. Everything works except the air conditioning.
The bad
The only real fault is that occasionally it can idle a bit erratically, it settles down when the engine is turned off and restarted, I suspect it is the throttle position sensor.
Viewings welcome, please bring proof of insurance if you wish to drive otherwise I will take you out in it. Selling due to space constraints so I'm afraid I cannot consider swaps. I also have a spare automatic grearbox and torque converter i can chuck in if so desired.
