Morning, afternoon.
Recently my Peugeot 106 has developed a bit of a condition where it begins to get quite juddery and revs incredibly low at idle, but it doesn't seem to cut out at all. It seems to be intermittent with starting it up as well, since a few starts on my way to work see it firing up fine or needing a bit of welly (same for when it has been warmed up etc). Like today, it drove fine and didn't seem to idle as rough as it has been for most of the week. I also noticed what others referred to as 'kangarooing'' where the pedal jumps down suddenly and jerks the car, this is something that has happened whilst owning the car which never seemed much of a problem. I guess a fix for both would be ideal and the two issues must be related in some way.
I knew about the issues surrounding the single point injection units on these and the Saxos, however it seems it could be a number of things. Anyone have any experience of this happening who could give me a hand? It seems to be ok to drive, just starting up after going out seems to be a main issue at the moment!
Cheers!
