Here is my stunning Bravo HGT in Herald Blue metallic.
These are very rare cars, sharing their engine with the Coupes. The 5 cylinder, 2 Litre, 20v engine sounds fantastic; if you’re reading this you probably already know.
The last owner of this car was an elderly lady who had it from 8 months old and garaged it all its life. She only did around 2,000 miles a year hence how it has survived so well.
MOT is until 26th May 2018. No advisories.
MOT tester commented on how clean and tidy the car is, it’s clear that this car has been very well looked after.
GENUINE low miles of just 56,000!
Car is fully HPI Clear!
Car comes with the following extras…
- Remote central locking with all 3 keys (including red master key),
- Air conditioning,
- Electric sunroof, windows and mirrors.
- Heated seats,
- Original stereo with boot mounted CD changer,
- ‘Bravo’ sill kick plates.
Some of these are very rare and rarely seen together on one car.
The Bodywork.
It is in excellent condition for a car of this age and mileage. I’ve just given it a machine polish and waxed it so it looks even better!
Honestly, the paint is so deep and glossy, it still looks like a very fresh car.
It does not look one bit like a 20 year old car.
The car has no major scratches worth mentioning at all, just the odd little mark or tiny ding of course from car parks. There are some little marks on the driver’s side skirt from the previous owner getting in and out.
There is no rust at all anywhere underneath, it really is in fabulous condition!
Totally original, never welded etc.
The wheels are in very good condition and so too are the tyres with loads of tread.
The Interior.
The car has aged well inside for its age. The seats are good with no real wear, no tears in the bolsters etc as is typical, overall it’s nice inside, very comfortable.
The carpets are good with no wear, new original Fiat floor mats fitted. All complete with the boot load cover etc.
Absolutely everything works from the CD changer to the air conditioning and sunroof.
The Drive.
The car is very precise to drive, starts perfectly with a very strong engine, gearbox and clutch.
It goes into all gears smoothly and pulls well through them.
The steering is precise and brakes are sharp. All very responsive.
There are NO warning lights illuminated..
There are no odd noises from the car and it pulls just as it should.
The History and Paperwork.
The first owner of the car was a company and the car covered 16,000 miles in its first 8 months which is when the next owner picked it up.
She covered approximately 2,000 miles a year for the next 19 years hence why the car has remained such low miles.
She absolutely loved the car and kept it garaged but at the grand age of 76 felt it was time to get something more modern and safe.
The service book has several stamps from early in its life and a few recent bills. Oil change every year.
I’m currently waiting on a file of the remaining history from the previous owner, apparently had a recent cambelt etc but waiting to see.
Full book pack in the glove box etc.
V5 logbook here in my name.
Summary.
- Genuine 56,000 miles only,
- Mot until 26th May 2018 - no advisories,
- Exceptionally clean bodywork and interior,
- 3 original keys and all original book pack,
- Runs and drives brilliantly.
All in all a very nice, unusual and 90s rare hot hatch. Only about 20 147s left and 21 of the later 155s left taxed on the road.
There are so few of these cars left and this has to be the best one currently available.
Ideal investment opportunity, stick it in a barn and watch it increase in value!
The Deal.
£1495.
Might consider a PX.
The car is located in the City of Hereford, Herefordshire.
I’m happy to meet anyone from my local train station if this helps anyone which is HEREFORD.
Viewing is recommended and advised.
Any questions then please ask.
