OP, do you have the bits as cad files or will you need them creating by the cutters?

I'm after some one off cut outs for a custom scooter I'm building.
Do you do etching in steel also?

Laser cutting aluminium is difficult in that you need a much heavier duty set up to cut aluminium as opposed to mild steel. The material "reflects" the laser for want of a better expression,so you need to use a much higher strength laser on aluminium for a comparable thickness of mild steel. Anything over about 8mm thick ally,you are better off getting it waterjet cut.
