Car related? - Well get it on the road and you can get to and from where you keep your project - Put in the back, or strap it on the back of your classic van as break down insurance. Landed? - Slum it ocassionaly and have a bit of fun to pootle down to the heater motor house rather, than taking the Bentley to watch your man work on the Aston. 1990 Yamaha Jog 50 cc moped project Shropshire £75 Runs and rides - air in the tyres - bought it for my son a few years back but no interest after riding it around the back garden a few times. Awesome, if it was nearer (haven't got the time to travel atm) I would have had that to tinker with. Have no real need at all for one lol.

What does it need to get it on the road? An MOT. It's on 7000 miles - the new battery I bought for it a few years ago is now U/S - the new back tyre on has back garden mileage - the fuel will be a bit stale - the TS oil is probably older than most primary school kids. - It's complete and in good order apart from the damage around the O/S indicator. Its far better quality than the cheap Chinese mopeds and it's a fair bit quicker too. I'm the second owner having bought it off the old dear over the road. If doing a full resto I would go for a new rear shock and the front forks giving a go over. I would also remove the top box for better aero...  |

Pm d mate, don't take any notice of the Kinda New heading, I used post a lot on here about 10 years ago as sambaman, but I moved house and had loads of stuff to do, but back in the fold now.
