I'd happily pay for a quality printed quarterly. I'm still a fan of actual car magazines and your subject focus for this one looks great.
I've noticed over the last couple of years, the print quality on mags such as PVW and PBMW has dropped, with some entire features/photo shoots being grainy and difficult to study detail. Retro Cars and certainly Evo have not suffered in the same way, so I think you would have to ensure full quality through every image to keep a happy circulation.

It looks European, so English is most likely not their first language... No it's not, we're all across Europe but no one of us is English. Of course at the moment of the launch we'll have a native proofreader so hopefully it will be enjoyable for you too. It wasn't a criticism - sorry if it sounded like it was!

It wasn't a criticism - sorry if it sounded like it was! No, of course, I didn't take it as criticism, no worries. But also, positive criticism is always great, it helps to improve. Simply I know our boundaries, and I know that I can write everything out of my mind in English (actually I had a articles in Retro Cars before and they made only a few changes to the text), but I'm not familiar with most of the idioms and phrases that can make a text rich. And as we want to make something really great when it comes to quality, texts have to be good too.

I had lunch today with Binci definitely like the sound of where they are going with the magazine, I'll certainly be in the queue for the first issue. He also left me with a copy of a Hungarian magazine he has worked on, so now I've got some cool new leads on cars to share with you that we've not seen before So yeah, gets the official HTW thumbs up. He'll be back in the UK over the next few months for events and to shoot some cars. Will be at The Gathering too So we'll get some UK representation in the magazine.

Exactly as said. Instead of having a front and a back cover, it will have two front covers and the two sides will meet in the middle of the magazine. It's an idea to divide original and modified classics in two groups and just a reason to be different that any other magazine. It will be released every three months and we'll call it spring-summer-autumn-winter issues. In very high quality print and paper, 160+ pages, it will be something that looks good in the top of a coffee table or bookshelf. I'm the publisher by the way and I'm very thankful about this share and all the feedback you are giving! All of these things sound like exactly what I would envisage the perfect Retro magazine to be. I've never subscribed to any magazine before but if this isn't in any of my local shops then I will for this... Long since has gone the quality and appeal of Retro Cars. Now I have something to aspire to build a car worthy of a feature in again hah!
