After posting some pics online of Alan (my fiat 126 long term project) a few weeks ago I was contacted by a friend who asked me if I wanted another one , so I took a punt, after a fun ride home on the back of a low loader barney the BIS has arrived home - thus far I've given him a little clean, fitted a new fuel pump as the electric one was being tempremenal (fired first time after that!) once I have the V5 I plan to get him painted, serviced and tidy the interior and then use him as a run around, here some pics! When he arrived- Out on the drive- More to follow soon!

Hahaa! Love it! I remember seeing a fella running a crazy bonkers 124 at Santa Pod some years back, little red thing. Loved it, I absolutely love small cars with daft engines that have NO place being in them!

Looks exactly like the one my dad bought me as a project car when I was 14. J plate by any chance? Nope this ones an 'E' reg, I wish my dad would have bought me one of these when i was 14! It was 15 years ago and we bought it from a local scrapyard for £120 with front corner damage, one owner from new and just over 20k miles. Plan was to fix it up for my first car, we did a lot of work to it but the closer I got to 17 the more I thought it wasn't cool enough and bought a Nova instead. The 126 was sold to a local lady who had a couple of them and I never spotted it again. I wa hoping yours may of been it 🙁

I got my first , light blue 126 personal from my father when i was 12. Thats when the addiction starten. They've never left my life and I always have a fiat in some form. Either 500 or 126. Ik did my share of tuning , but shuttle upgrades from later cars has my preference now. Still want to build one on bags, but you have to build your own strutt towers and thats way beyond my capabillity i'm afraid.
