I sold my mint Ford Probe recently as firstly, it just wasn't 'me', and secondly, I fancied a 4x4 for the winter, probably longer. I started looking around, and lo and behold, this popped up for sale.

I've had a look on 'How many Left', and much as I am dubious as to it's accuracy, it seems to be the only 1993 Terrano TD left registered and on the road.
So, my first glimpse of it was at Thetford station...
A quick look around with Aaron the seller confirmed all looked good, so the deal was done, and I looked forward to my 240 mile run home. The car performed faultlessly, and got me home without issue...
An chilly, early start this morning on it's 'clean down' day...
A car full of spare parts and original alloys had to be emptied...
As you can deduce, the tailgate struts are a bit tired...
A quick hoover...
I didn't like the DC sticker...
Little DC sticker on the tailgate...
Spare wheel cover cleaned...
Lots of sticky residue left on the passenger side from the old wind deflectors. This will come off in time...
Bits of greenery to sort...
Not sure if the suspension settings work yet...
The previous owner to Aaron broke the gear selector surround, as he hadn't realised there was a safety button in front of the gear shifter which needs to be pressed down when getting it out of Park.....
This original Nissan compass doesn't power up, so something to look at...
Not sure if this is an original steering wheel. I hadn't thought so, but a lad on the Nissan 4x4 owners club has a Mk1 with the same wheel. I'll look into it further...
First wash. Love a first wash....
Curly rubber seal on NS rear window needs sorting...
A run over with a clay bar pulled off some cr*p...
Wiper arms need a touch up...
Little rusty patch on the front wing...
Bits of lacquer peel on the bonnet...
A little bit more salad...
I think I'll do the Nissan letters white...
I like the US style red/white/red tails, but think there's no way of making them legal over here...
The spares...
I like the JDM alloys...
So, after a wash/clay/dry, then a coat of AG SRP, as well as use of Mer 'back to black' type product, this is how it looked tonight...
And cleaner inside...
Love the original decals....
So, plans? Mechanically it seems sound, but I'll carry out a fluids service. There's a full replacement bush kit with the car, so that'll be done too. The front right wheel rubs on full lock, but I think that's just part of the wheel liner that's loose. Cosmetically, I think it needs an 'A' bar on the front. I'm also in two minds about keeping the spare wheel carrier on the tail. If I do, I'll add a Nissan or Terrano decal to the wheel cover. I also think I'd like to put an original style Terrano sticker along the doors maybe?
