Some of you may have seen this from my austin half ton bubble van thread. One previous local owner 47k miles from new Good inside just needs a clean and a new carpet. Generally solid just rough around the edges But starts stop and drives.

These are a super cool thing. Always thought they would look ace with an early stock car style on them - steel wheels, solid colour and some choice numbering/lettering
Or go "short track" style and radius the arches for big wide wheels

It all mounts up whichever way!

a couple of tartan cushions and a box of tissues in a hand knitted cover on the rear shelf and you are sorted....alternatively just beat it onto the ground!

Very nice. I was looking at this on eBay thinking how nice and solid it looked, glad it's got a good home.

Colour certainly adds personality, started me wondering about tri-tone colour ideas with bonnet & top of sides in off-pinks/corals.

After cruising around in the austin with heavy steering and a clutch that keep creating to the floor and hard brakes... Getting back in the mini one was interesting... Steering felt ultra light and as for the brakes I nearly went throu the screen lol

just missing a feu orange in there now. Wouldn't that be far too modern? A few dried old flowers/lavender/empty unusual old perfume bottles.
