This is a set of four Weller Motorsport steel wheels.
They have not been fitted to a car but show some signs of deterioration to the paint. However they are straight, unbuckled and unkerbed.
Should be a straightforward refurb job to the colour of your own choice.
Still have the original rim stickers in place.
They are a flat folded rim edge rather than the more usual rolled type.
The PCD of 4 x 95.25mm (3.75 inches) has been used by the smaller Triumph range (Dolomite, TR7, TR8, Herald, Vitesse, Spitfire, Toledo, GT6), Maestro, Montego, early Lotus, Caterham and Rover 100 derivatives to name a few.
More usually these Weller wheels are available in 5.5" or 6" rim width, 7" are much harder to source and obviously allow for fitment of wider tyres.
You'll struggle to find another set.
