Might be a dumb question but will these fit 40's?

Slightly OT, but who modified your 36mm chokes for you? I have a set of 38s, but need 39s. But 39 is an odd size so impossible to find. Didnt realise they could be modified. Would be great to find someone who could make 39s out of my 38s

i'm in Bexhill-on-Sea.
any machine shop should be able to turn the chokes but they aren't a straight bore but a taper so it takes a little working out. I could turn them on my lathe if I have a few spare hours to set up the machine and make a cutting tool to get the correct profile of the cutting bit to machine the curve.
