Hi, What about the height of the pump above the bottom of the tank? Sometimes pumps struggle to lift fuel especially if they're dry and when the height is too much, which is why they say 12".

Tank is under the boot floor so have had to mount it on the rear cross member and it does sit above it,we'll within 12 inches of the feed pipe though.

So...pump is back on,sacked through to fill it and the lines...pump now works but still not a steady stream of petrol coming through.Am I gonna have to drop the tank and see if anything is a miss in there?
