So, I managed to get the replacement petrol tank down in Dorset, which, is a definite plus. Not sure if this car is considered "retro" yet or not but have a few plans for some potential "mods" in the future. This is a J-Spec 121 which I bought in Hong Kong back in 1998 and shipped home for the old dear. I've got some ideas to possibly transplant a different (read bigger) Mazda engine and slam it with perhaps a set of 15" wheels and put a sticker type reg plate on the bonnet to keep the front end clean. Any other ideas or suggestions? Feel free to butcher the pic with Photoshop ;D

Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum

The sleeper turbo charged engine sounds like a blast but I'd probably just stick to a normally aspirated engine. I think either a Mazda 1600cc or 1800cc engine should make this little curse word scream as it is?

The demio 1.5 vvt engine is a good short stroke revy cracker of an engine. But i think this car is too qute for that, just shoe horn a v8 in an be done! I do mean SHOEHORN!

Yeah, I think the spoilers will need to come off at some point as they are really just water-traps at the end of the day - or at least the boot spoiler is!
